Snowboarding involves two stances, depending on which foot you put forward when moving.

Goofy (right foot forward)
Beginners may not know which side is the front, but there's a simple way to check.
For example, if someone lightly pushes you from behind, the foot that naturally moves forward is often your front foot. This is just a guideline, so please try standing and choose the position that feels most comfortable for you.
