How to spend your time during your stay
WIFI
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the building.
Please refer to the "Guidelines for Using the Hotel" provided in each room for the password. Please also note that connectivity may be poor in some areas of the hotel.
Check-in/Check-out
Check-in is from 3 PM and check-out is at 10 AM.
If you would like to leave your luggage or rent skis, please speak to a staff member, as we accept these requests from the morning onwards.
Meals
Dinner: 6:00 PM onwards
Breakfast: 8:00 AM
Meals are served in the dining area on the first floor, with a table prepared for each room. Please use your room number as a guide and enjoy your meal at your leisure.
bath
Baths are available from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
The baths are not separated by gender, but are available for private use. The smaller bath can accommodate 2-3 people, and the larger bath can accommodate 3-5 people. When the bath is free, please set the wooden sign at the entrance to "In Use," lock the door from the inside, and enjoy your relaxing time.
When you leave, please return the wooden sign to the "Vacant" position.
We also rent out bath towels for 200 yen. Please let a staff member know if you would like one.
About drinks
Complimentary coffee and tea are available in the lounge and dining area.
There is a shared refrigerator on the 2nd floor, so please feel free to use it to store any drinks you bring with you. Also, please help us identify your own items by marking them with a pen or otherwise to prevent them from getting mixed up with other guests' belongings.
About smoking
Smoking is prohibited inside the building. Please use the designated smoking area outside the entrance.
Access and transportation information
[Shinkansen (bullet train) + pick-up/drop-off ]
Take the Joetsu Shinkansen from Tokyo Station and get off at Echigo-Yuzawa Station. Please wait at the rotary on the east exit.
*Please let us know your Shinkansen arrival time.
[Shinkansen (bullet train) + shuttle service (if boarding at Nakazato Ski Resort)]
Take the Joetsu Shinkansen from Tokyo Station and get off at Echigo-Yuzawa Station. Then take the shuttle bus to Nakazato Ski Resort.
Please call us to let us know your pick-up location when you return.

We would appreciate it if you could contact us once you have a rough idea of what to expect.
Please be aware that there may be delays as we will only be using one bus.
- The last shuttle bus to Nakazato Ski Resort departs at 16:00. The deadline is 30:00. If you will be arriving later than that, please walk or take a taxi. (It's a 15-minute walk from Echigo-Nakazato Station to Parsley Forest.)
The last shuttle bus from Echigo-Yuzawa Station to Parsley Forest will depart at 7:00 PM. Please take a taxi if you are arriving after that time.
*The taxi fare from Echigo-Yuzawa Station to Parsley no Mori is approximately 3,000 yen. There are taxi stops at both the west and east exits.
From a guesthouse nestled in nature
Because our inn is located in the middle of a forest, stink bugs are sometimes attracted to the warmth and manage to get inside. We take all possible precautions, but they can get in through even the smallest gaps, so there's no way to completely prevent them.
If it does get inside, gently wrap it in duct tape to catch it and throw it in the trash.
*1 Try attaching tape to the back of the stink bug and wrapping it up to seal it.
*2 Since it will emit an odor if stimulated, it is recommended to handle it gently.
We hope you understand that this is a stay in a natural environment.
For a relaxing time
Our building has an old-fashioned structure, which means that sound tends to resonate easily.
While you're inside the building, we'd appreciate it if you could be a little considerate of the pace of your footsteps and other noises, so that you can enjoy the relaxed atmosphere.
Furthermore, we live and run this inn. We hope you will enjoy your stay, including the sense of closeness that comes with staying at a small inn.
Information about nearby facilities
Our inn is a small one located in the middle of a forest.
There aren't many restaurants or commercial facilities in the immediate vicinity. This means you can enjoy a quiet and relaxing environment.

- Convenience store (FamilyMart) inside the "Angel Grandia Echigo Nakazato" hotel
・Izakaya "Taruppe" (approximately 9 minutes on foot)

Please note that Angel Grandia is a facility used by hotel guests as well, so we ask that you be considerate of other guests when using it.
Also, since "Taruppe" has limited seating, we recommend making a reservation in advance.
Time with books and games
We have books and board games available inside the building.
Please feel free to enjoy whatever you like.
You can relax in your room, the lounge, or wherever you like. After use, we would appreciate it if you could return it to its original place for the next person to use it.
Regarding the rental of ski and snowboard equipment
To make winter sports easily accessible, we offer ski and snowboard rentals at our facility.
